KiddyKare are currently recruiting for a childcare qualified Nursery Practitioner to become part of a supportive team based in Wendover. This position is paired with a salary of up to £26,000 based on 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: To provide a stimulating and varied programme of play and learning opportunities. To ensure the safety and well-being of the children. To manage a team effectively. To fulfil legal and statutory requirements and to supervise staff on a daily basis. To monitor and assess the quality of provision within your room, ensuring that policies and procedures, best practice and standards are maintained. To assist in the monitoring and assessing of the quality of provision ensuring that policies and procedures, best practice and standards are maintained.
Person specification: Level 3 or above full and relevant childcare qualification. Paediatric first aid and food hygiene desirable. Previous relevant work in childcare. An understanding of the EYFS. Knowledge of inclusive practice. A knowledge of safeguarding children and child protection.
