Role - Project ManagerLocation Office Based – Bellshill, GlasgowHours Full-Time, 37.5hrs per week, Flexible HoursSalary Range £40,000 - £60,000 About the roleFollowing sustained business growth, exciting opportunities have become available for Project Managers to join our team.Each of our Project Managers operates with a diverse portfolio of live projects and have full responsibility for leading them to successful outcomes – profitable and exceeding our customers’ expectations. Key to this is developing strong team relationships within Kigtek, our customers and supply chain.Our Project Managers have full commercial and contractual responsibility and work closely with their technical teams to develop, maintain and execute the overall delivery strategies and project plans.Project Managers deliver our projects in the most efficient and cost-effective manner whilst complying with our Management Systems for Quality (ISO 9001) and Functional Safety (BS EN 61511/61508).Main ResponsibilitiesHave a clear understanding of the project scope, roles and responsibilities,Develop and maintain project plans – incl. quality & development plans & Gantt charts,Ensure plans are communicated, understood and agreed,Ensure all our work activities are performed in a controlled and safe manner,Monitor project costs and update corresponding monthly project reviews,Ensure project adherence to our ISO9001 Management Systems,Lead teams of internal engineers and subcontracted 3rd parties, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality requirementsIdentify, manage, and mitigate any project risksDevelop excellent customer relationships leading to ongoing worksThe CandidateWhat we need from you:Be a dynamic and proactive team player who strives to deliver high-quality work at the highest level of customer service.Have strong interpersonal, written and communication skills as well as a thirst for knowledge.Ideally Degree qualified (or equivalent) in an Engineering related subject.Able work autonomously, think outside the box and lead your teams through the typical challenges of project delivery.A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Microsoft Project.You must be eligible to work in the UK and have a full UK driving licence.It would be advantageous to have:Completed modules or a post-graduate qualification in Project Management.An understanding of PLC and SCADA technologies and the underpinning infrastructuresExperience of leading multi-disciplinary teams delivering PLC/SCADA based projects within manufacturing sites.Benefits PackageFor the right candidates we can offer:Salary from £40k to £60k depending on experienceHolidays – 27 days per year, plus 6 statutory days, rising to 29 days with serviceMobile Phone & LaptopHealth Shield – Employee Assistance SchemeShare Save SchemeEV Car Purchase SchemeCompany Pension SchemeFull-time position, 37.5 hours per weekHybrid working options following completion of probationary periodPourquoi nous rejoindre ?Who Are Kigtek?Kigtek are an Engineering Projects company who predominantly deliver multi-discipline solutions into the Whisky/Spirits Industry in Scotland.
