The ideal candidate: A background in sales; design is desirable Excellent customer service skills Highly professional and enthusiastic with a great work ethic Strong creativity skills Ability to create innovative solutions and learn design software (such as CAD) Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers and proactively generate leads Understand clients' needs and bring their ideas to life Proactively generate customer leads/sales Resolve customer queries proactively Achieve agreed sales targets Salary Details: Full package (salary + commission structure). Base salary based on experience + commission (fantastic earning potential with an uncapped bonus scheme).
