Design Consultant

Key Responsibilities: Confidently sell kitchen projects, creating stunning, functional designs tailored to client needs. Use your CAD expertise to design, price, and present bespoke kitchen solutions. Conduct site measurements and surveys to ensure precision and attention to detail in every project. Manage clients with professionalism and confidence, leveraging your industry experience to deliver exceptional service. Build and nurture relationships with clients you aspire to work with, showcasing a proactive and engaging approach to grow business opportunities. Ideal Candidate: Minimum 3 years of experience designing and selling kitchens, with a focus on mid-high-end projects. Proven ability to deliver exceptional service and close high-value sales. Proven track record of working on kitchen projects with order values of £30,000+. A good understanding of German furniture and appliance brands (preferred but not essential). Self-motivated and comfortable reaching out to potential clients to foster new business opportunities. CAD proficient, with a strong portfolio of design work. What We Offer: A competitive base salary of £27,500 + uncapped commission (OTE £90K). Access to
