Kitchen Designer wanted in Coalville, Leicestershire
KBB Recruitment are working with an independent kitchen design studio in Coalville, Leicestershire, who are searching for a Kitchen Designer to join their team.
This well-established family-run business has been operating for 12 years and has seen tremendous growth within their German and British kitchen ranges. They are looking to propel the business forward by adding a design consultant to their team.
This is a long-term position. The ideal candidate will have kitchen design experience, CAD, and sales experience.
Kitchen Sales Designer Duties
Establishing relationships with clients through excellent design and precision of detail.
Meeting customers in the showroom and designing their kitchen with professional advice and recommendations.
Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Kitchen Sales Designer Requirements
Kitchen Designer experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Conscientious and creative thinker.
Organized and willing to learn.
Knowledge and experience of CAD design.
Kitchen Designer Benefits
Salary: Basic of (phone number removed) depending on experience. 60,000 OTE.
In-house training and external training provided.
Fantastic commission structure.
Permanent full-time contract.
New laptop provided.
Mileage paid.
30 days holiday.
9-4 Monday to Friday.
No contracted weekends or evenings (although some of these hours are expected).
All clients are in Leicestershire.
