Position: Showroom-Based Kitchen Designer/Sales Consultant We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Designer/Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will use your design flair and attention to detail to help customers bring their kitchens, bathrooms, and laundries to life. You will be part of a supportive and diverse team. Key Responsibilities:

Utilize your creative flair to design & quote kitchens, bathroom & laundries, select appliances that meet customer needs. Work with other team members to ensure the best outcome for our customer. Ensure customer satisfaction from the initial consultation to project completion. Manage and track orders. Listen to customer requirements and present the right solutions, ensuring they feel supported throughout their renovation journey or new home build. Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with flexibility for customer consultation times. To be successful in this role, you will have:

Experience in sales with a strong customer service focus. A proven sales history in kitchen/bathroom design, ideally with 2+ years of experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High motivation, a positive attitude, and a good sense of humour. Outstanding customer service skills with a passion for exceeding customer expectations. Excellent time management and the ability to perform under pressure. The ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Creative problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CAD-based programs and Microsoft Office. A willingness to learn and adapt. Physical fitness for heavy lifting. A commitment to going the extra mile.
