My client is a well-known high quality Caribbean restaurant based in Birmingham, who is looking for a new Kitchen Managerto join and support the team to produce excellence in food and service. They are looking for a determined ambitious individual to join their fabulous team and bring smiles to all customers.

The duties and responsibilities of the Kitchen Manager will be:

  • Leading the team keeping the same high-quality standards across all items on the menu.

  • Maintaining the consistent high quality of the brand across the team.

  • Training and developing the team, guiding them, and helping them grow both professionally and personally.

The ideal Kitchen Supervisor will:

  • Be an experienced chef, ideally having worked in a Supervisory position.

  • Have experience in cooking Caribbean food.

  • Be able to follow the recipes and teach recipes to the team (consistency is key!)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £35K

Schedule: 45-48 hours, 5/7 days, (Fri & Sat busiest days)
