Experience in kitchen planning is advantageous, although not required. You have an interest in people’s life at home and look to provide customers with personalised solutions that meet their needs. You have experience working in a customer-oriented business, working closely with sales targets and customer conversion rates. Confidence to take personal initiatives and be open to change, with the ability to find solutions to complex problems and communicate effectively with customers. Confident in learning and working with a variety of computer programmes including Microsoft Office suite and Kitchen Planning Tools. What You’ll Be Doing on the Day to Day
Planning & designing kitchens for customers in both initial and follow-up appointments to provide accurate plans, along with installation and custom worktop quotations where appropriate. You actively engage with our customers identifying their needs, inspiring and advising them on the best solutions for their life at home. Support maximising sales by ensuring the customer meets an area that is clean, well presented and easy to shop. Support with responding to customer emails, securing payments both in store and remotely. You will communicate with customers in a variety of ways, including email, text, and calls starting from pre-appointment calls, and continuing through planning and purchase of their kitchen.
