Kitchen Sales Designer, Chester At Harvey Jones, we’ve been crafting beautifully bespoke kitchen and home spaces for families throughout Britain for over 47 years. We don’t just build home spaces; we elevate everyday moments through exceptional design. We are currently recruiting an ambitious and dynamic

Kitchen Sales Designer

to join our growing team in the Chester showroom. Ideally, we are looking for an experienced "heavy hitter" in kitchen and home sales, but we are open to talent from various backgrounds. As a Harvey Jones Designer, you will work closely with clients to bring their vision to life, creating bespoke, beautifully handmade furniture solutions throughout the home. You don’t need to be a design expert—our comprehensive training programme will equip you with all the skills necessary to succeed. What We Look For: Our most successful Sales Designers come from various backgrounds. While previous sales experience is highly desirable, a confident, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn are essential! Core Responsibilities: Collaborating with clients

to create bespoke, handmade furniture and tailored solutions for their homes. Designing kitchens and other living spaces

using ArtiCAD to bring clients’ visions to life. Achieving and exceeding KPIs

through strong client relationships and design expertise. Delivering exceptional customer service

throughout the entire design and installation process. Working closely with the multifunctional Harvey Jones team

to ensure a seamless and enjoyable client journey from concept to completion. At Harvey Jones Home, we provide all the training you need to excel in your role, continuously developing your skills. In return for your hard work and commitment, we offer a range of great benefits, including: What We Offer: Competitive and progressive basic salary. Uncapped commission structure. Birthday day off. Buying and selling holiday scheme. Flexible working options. Employee assistance programme. Regional team outings. Comprehensive training and mentoring programme. Clear career progression path. 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing to 33 with length of service. Employee product discount. Free retail vouchers from high-end brands. With a realistic OTE of £35,000+ in your first year and £55,000+ in subsequent years, our top performers earn in excess of £100,000! If you’re already a "heavy hitter," we can discuss a package that works for both of us. Interested? Click to apply! If you haven’t heard from us within [insert timeframe], please assume your application has not been successful on this occasion.
