Kitchen Sales Specialist

As a Kitchen Sales Specialist, you'll be the hero our customers didn't know they needed, guiding them through the maze of kitchen wonders and helping them to plan and design their dream kitchen. The Start Date of employment will be 01 and 02 March. Starting salary of £26,401 per annum, dependent on skills and experience. 39 hours weekly, working 5 days over 7, which will include alternate weekends. You have experience working in a sales-oriented business, working closely with sales targets and customer conversion rates. Experience in kitchen planning is advantageous, although not required. You are skilled at forward planning, can handle several tasks at once with ease, and take pleasure in being a team member as well as fulfilling responsibilities on your own. You have an interest in people’s life at home and look to provide customers with personalised solutions that meet their needs. You take initiative, make well-informed choices, and actively engage with your daily tasks. Confidence to take personal initiatives and be open to change, with the ability to both find solutions to complex problems and be able to communicate to the customer. Confident in learning and working with a variety of computer programmes including Microsoft Office suite and Kitchen Planning Tools. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

Planning and designing kitchens for customers, in both initial and follow up appointments to provide accurate plans, along with installation and custom worktop quotations where appropriate. You actively engage with our customers identifying their needs, inspiring and advising them on the best solutions for their life at home. You are always enthusiastic about the range, curious to learn the stories behind the products and their design. You support maximising sales by ensuring the Kitchen Sales areas is clean, fully stocked, all products priced, well presented and easy to shop. Some products may involve heavy lifting. Support with responding to the customer emails, securing payments both in store and remotely. You will communicate with customers in a variety of ways, including email, text and calls starting from pre appointment calls, and continuing through planning and purchase of their kitchen.
