Find out more about why our people love working for Hastings Hotels here. The successful candidate can expect to work 35 hours per week (excluding breaks), five shifts out seven including weekends. Hours vary, but typical shift patterns include, 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm. The salary for this full-time position is £21,294 per annum. About The Role To ensure that all Kitchen areas and equipment are cleaned and presented to the Hastings Standard of Cleanliness and Hygiene. To keep all kitchen areas clean. Typical tasks include washing dishes, pots, pans, loading and unloading the dish washer, emptying, and cleaning bins. Maintaining the cleanliness of dishwashing areas including walls, fridges, and mopping floors. To ensure all equipment and materials are used in the correct manner and any problems are reported immediately. To always maintain the security of stock areas at all times, immediately reporting any breaches and dealing. To work effectively with colleagues to ensure a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity. To comply with all health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures. Any other duties as required by management. About You We would love you to have some similar previous experience, but this is not essential as our Kitchen Team will provide you with full training.
