Finance Knowledge Lawyer (3 – 6 PQE):

This leading Finance team sits within the established London office of one of the best law firms to work for worldwide. Known for competing at the highest level, this is a truly leading and top pedigree UK law firm. The firm have a strong international presence, with an established and key London presence.
This Finance team work on a diverse range of high-value and high-quality financing matters, including leveraged and acquisition financings, real estate financing, fund finance, financial restructurings and more. The team act on some high profile and complex financing matters, often involving the firms established international offerings.

Opportunity:
The focus for the team is to find a Knowledge Lawyer or an Associate looking to make the move into a Knowledge Lawyer position. Ideally you will have gained 3-6 years post-qualification experience (as a guide), with this training and experience having been gained at a reputable London based law firm and finance practice.
Key notes & requirements:
- Non fee-earning
- Working alongside an established knowledge lawyer function - you have a great deal of support
- You will work directly with Partners to provide internal and external training to support the function with legal updates and regular support and mentoring
- You will be a confident and self-motivated individual
- Hybrid working
- You will have experience in broad and high quality finance matters
Salary - £130k-£160k depending on level and experience.
