Job Description

Knowledge Manager - Nottingham - 3 months to perm Here at Lucid we have an exciting opportunity for a Knowledge Manager based in Nottingham on a temp to perm arrangement. The Knowledge Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, manage, and optimize systems for sharing knowledge, and ensure that employees have access to the right information at the right time. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement the organization's knowledge management strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives. Identify and evaluate opportunities for improving knowledge sharing, knowledge capture, and knowledge distribution across departments. Lead the creation, management, and ongoing optimisation of the organisation's knowledge repository (e.g., Intranet, knowledge base, document management systems). Organise and categorise content to ensure information is easily searchable, accessible, and up-to-date. Ensure that best practices for information governance, including data security, privacy, and compliance, are applied in the knowledge management process.
