We have an exciting opportunity for an inspirational Key Stage One teacher to join our school as KS1 Phase Leader. You will be part of a supportive and innovative staff, working within the senior leadership team. This role requires a commitment to enhancing learning opportunities and being proactive in trying new things. Key Responsibilities: Lead the KS1 phase and support the development of staff. Build strong relationships with families to boost achievement and wellbeing. Commit to helping children achieve regardless of their starting point.
