Duties:
Conduct client onboarding and periodic reviews. Obtain and maintain Know Your Client (KYC) requirements, fee agreements, and other due diligence information. Collaborate with senior analysts and managers to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards. Foster trusted relationships with clients to streamline the onboarding process. Provide guidance to front-office colleagues on onboarding policies and account initiation. Proactively resolve queries and escalate issues as needed. Support training and guidance to staff on client onboarding procedures.
Requirements:
Demonstrable experience in client due diligence and independent searches. Familiarity with AML regulations and interpretation of associated policies. Working knowledge of third-party global information sources for client due diligence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong communicator and multitasker. Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
