We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a detail-oriented KYC Analyst (Global) to join our centralised Compliance team at McArthurGlen. As the KYC Analyst, you will support our regional locations in executing KYC procedures and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Your responsibilities will include: Reviewing and approving KYC conducted by business units. Investigating sanctions alerts. Conducting CDD/KYC checks. Collaborating with stakeholders across all regions to maintain consistency in the KYC review process. Supporting KYC remediation initiatives. Performing quality control checks. Assisting in preparing reports on KYC activities. This is a Fixed Term Contract ending December 2025. Why McArthurGlen?

• 2-3 years of end-to-end KYC and client onboarding experience (UK experience essential). • Undergraduate degree, preferably in Law; AML/CTF qualifications (e.g., ACAMS or ICA) desirable. • Direct experience with corporate entity due diligence and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to process complex information. • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
