with a proven track record of excellence in the fields of
Know Your Customer (KYC)
and
Financial Crime Compliance . The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise and thought leadership in Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and Corporate Client Onboarding within the Corporate and Investment Banking sectors. Key Responsibilities: Leverage over 20 years of experience as a practitioner in
KYC and Financial Crime Compliance
to enhance organizational practices. Apply extensive knowledge of systems, data, and processes to streamline KYC operations and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Conduct thorough Corporate and Investment Banking Customer Due Diligence (CDD), ensuring compliance with both internal policies and external regulations. Utilize expertise in key utilities such as
World-Check, LN Suite, D&B , and other industry-standard tools to optimize client due diligence efforts. Provide strategic insights and thought leadership in the areas of CDD, EDD, and onboarding of corporate clients. Lead initiatives in
organization and process design , driving
business transformation
and
IT transformation
to improve operational efficiency. Qualifications & Skills: Extensive Experience:
A minimum of 20 years in KYC and Financial Crime roles within banking institutions. Expert Knowledge:
Profound understanding of systems, data management, and operational processes critical to KYC and Financial Crime Compliance. Utility Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with tools such as World-Check, LN Suite, D&B, and similar utilities. Strategic Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and lead organizational and process transformations. Sector Expertise:
Significant experience in Corporate and Investment Banking, with a strong grasp of associated CDD and EDD requirements. Transformation Skills:
