About the Role As a

Laboratory Technician , you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Working as part of a small, dedicated team and reporting to the Laboratory Team Leader, you'll conduct essential quality control checks across raw materials, processes, and finished products.

What You'll Do Perform quality controls using advanced laboratory techniques and equipment. Analyse samples for protein, pH, calcium, and more. Conduct water and packaging checks to maintain high standards. Record and process results in

SAP

or

Excel

and report any non-conformities. Calibrate instruments and ensure reliable, accurate analysis results. Participate in sensory panels, helping to fine-tune our products' quality. Assist in microbiological testing and investigative work. Keep the lab organised, clean, and ready for action!

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with: Experience in laboratory techniques and physico-chemical analysis. Knowledge of microbiological analysis (a plus!). Proficiency in

Excel ,

Word , and related software. A critical eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. Previous experience in a lab environment (advantageous).
