Lab Technician – Sustainable Innovation Are you ready to launch your career in science or laboratory work? Our client, a fast-growing startup focused on groundbreaking nutritional solutions, is looking for a Lab Technician to join their team. This role offers an exciting temp-to-perm opportunity, allowing you to grow within the company as they scale. No prior experience is required—just a passion for innovation and a willingness to learn. About the Role: The position will initially focus on Production Technician tasks, which involve hands-on manual handling and operational duties. Key responsibilities in this phase include: Manual Handling:

Unloading and loading materials into tanks and performing various tasks around the site. Site Operations:

Cleaning, forklift driving, and supporting the production line to ensure smooth and efficient processes. Safety & Quality:

Maintaining high standards of safety and quality in all activities. Key Responsibilities (Lab Technician Duties): Testing & Sampling:

Conduct product testing and sampling to ensure specifications are met. Quality Control:

Monitor results, flag non-compliance, and support continuous improvement efforts. Method Development:

Assist in validating and transferring new testing methods. Equipment Maintenance:

Help calibrate lab equipment and uphold quality standards. What We’re Looking For: A strong interest in science or laboratory work. A hands-on, proactive attitude with an eagerness to learn (training provided). Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work shift hours (including overnight shifts). Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset. What We Offer: Competitive Pay:
