We are currently recruiting for a

Design Specialist

for our well-established client based in Ashford. This is a full-time and permanent position. A successful candidate will oversee the release, verification, approval, and upkeep of product labelling and documentation in accordance with corporate and external standards. Duties will include but not be limited to: Providing support and guidance

on labelling matters to customers, cross-functional teams, production, suppliers, and distribution sites. Developing and maintaining

written procedures

for department operations. Organising project-related tasks and workloads for Labelling Specialists. Training associates on department-specific software as requested. Supporting

risk mitigation

in projects. Leading small to midsize projects with

minimal direction

from senior team members and management. Planning and tracking project status

to ensure deliverables are met. Designing product labelling and documentation in compliance with corporate and external standards. Supporting the department, handling advanced and

large-scale labelling design assignments . Involving in planning and tracking projects, whilst

identifying and escalating risks

or issues as needed, in a timely and comprehensive manner. Ensuring

compliance

with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and company procedures. Conducting meetings

to support projects and change activities, ensuring timelines are met. Promoting and participating in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement. Performing other duties as required. The successful candidate will have/be: Educated ideally to GSCE level

or equivalent

as a minimum. Previous experience

in a senior administrative based position

coordinating projects

effectively. A positive can-do attitude

and problem-solving skills. Able to

delegate tasks

and work towards

strict deadlines . Analytical with a

strong attention to detail . Able to work in a team as well as independently. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large,
