Our Technical team plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, safe, and consistent products to Hueligans worldwide. They ensure products are made with the highest quality ingredients and ensure all products are correctly labelled.
We are now seeking a Labelling Technologist to join our UK Technical team. This role involves overseeing the entire labelling process, including reviewing artwork, approving recipes, validating health claims, and finalising product labels for a wide range of global markets. Here's an insight into your day-to-day: Creating and managing product pack copies, including ingredient lists, nutritional information, legal information and marketing material Reviewing and approving final product artwork files, ensuring all our packaging on the market is compliant with local regulations Managing the product artwork process and approval timelines (UK & international) in collaboration with our NPD, Nutrition and Marketing teams Supporting the maintenance of Huel artwork projects on The Scoop (our internal project tracker) Auditing and preparing website product content in readiness for launches Reviewing, driving improvements and embedding efficient systems for artwork and content processes Maintaining our In-House Manufacturing and external Co-Manufacturing artwork trackers with site-specific data Liaising with Trading Standards and external third-party translation and compliance advisors on artwork guidance and approval Not yet sure if this is the right role for you? What we're looking for in you
You’ll need a good understanding of food, beverage and supplement labelling within the UK
and EU, ideally with knowledge of other regions’ legislation as well (including US and JP), as we produce products worldwide You may have a few years of experience already or be a graduate who has completed a placement year. You may have a degree in Food Science / Nutrition / Technology or related. You’ll need to be personable with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships which is a huge part of this role You’ll be someone with great attention to detail and good organisation skills which will help you to be process driven And as always...We’re looking for new Hueligans who thrive in a high-performance environment and are driven by an unwavering pursuit of excellence. We want individuals who aren’t afraid to think outside the box. If you’re excited about setting ambitious targets and believe that extraordinary results come from innovative thinking and strong teamwork, you’ll be a great fit for life at Huel!
