Laboratory Assistant Production Operative

POSITION: PRODUCTION OPERATIVE LOCATION: CORBY HOURS: 7AM – 3:30PM/ 8AM – 4:30PM (Weekly rotational pattern) (40 HOURS PER WEEK) - OPTIONAL OVERTIME ON WEEKENDS PAYRATE: £11.74 P/H INCREASING AFTER PROBATION DURATION: ALL POSITIONS TEMP-TO-PERM Quest Employment are seeking a number of Production Operatives for several exciting opportunities with a new client based on Sallow Road, Corby. All of these positions are offered with 40 hours per week as standard and an offer of permanent employment following completion of a succesful probation period!! Our client is one of the oldest and most established manufacturers of ready prepared culture media, stains and reagents in the UK. Delivering essential Microbiology supplies for over 90 years into the UK's clinical sector and for the last 20 years a wide range of clinical, pharmaceutical and FWE clients worldwide. The position of a Production Operative is both challenging and rewarding with the offer of guaranteed work and a full-time contract on offer. You will be working a full 40-hour week within your position and you will be assigned to a fixed shift pattern based on your department. The role requires a good level of English and ideally a methodical mind as the work has scientific elements involved. Full training is provided for these positions as the work you will need to perform is specific to our client’s business.
