LIMS Trainer

to join our team and contribute to a transformative project that will shape the future of our pathology services.

About the Role

As a

LIMS Trainer , you will play a pivotal role in the implementation of the

Cirdan ULTRA laboratory system

across all

Nuffield Health pathology locations . From designing training content to delivering engaging sessions, your work will ensure that pathology teams, consultants, and other stakeholders are fully equipped to embrace this innovative system.

You will collaborate closely with a dedicated team to deliver a smooth transition, providing ongoing support and fostering confidence in system adoption.

Key Responsibilities Deliver Comprehensive Training : Assist in delivering the full training cycle for the implementation of Cirdan ULTRA, from preparation to post-implementation support. Engage and Educate : Develop and deliver tailored training sessions that empower teams to confidently use the new system. Problem-Solve with Purpose : Act as the primary point of contact for training-related queries, resolving challenges with efficient, practical solutions. Monitor and Measure Success : Track attendance and progress to ensure key training milestones are achieved, contributing to successful deployment. Collaborate as a Team : Work closely with fellow LIMS Trainers, Senior LIMS Trainers, and the Systems Training Lead, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. What We're Looking For Proven Expertise : Demonstrable experience as a trainer for clinical systems, ideally within a laboratory or healthcare setting. Strong Interpersonal Skills : The ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and engage diverse audiences. Adaptability and Problem-Solving : A solution-focused approach with the resilience to navigate challenging situations and adapt to change.
