Laboratory Supervisor
to join a global Manufacturing organisation based in the Huddersfield area. Our client is a leading engineering and manufacturing company which specialise in the supply of components to various sectors including Food and Beverage, Mining, Automotive, Water and Wastewater. This opportunity is based in
HUDDERSFIELD , meaning that the successful Laboratory Supervisor will be easily able to commute from surrounding towns and cities including: Halifax, Brighouse, Bradford, Leeds, Dewsbury and Wakefield. Key Responsibilities of the Laboratory Supervisor role will include; Work collaboratively with Production departments to resolve product and equipment issues Respond to sales requests for compatibility checks on products under certain environments Conduct research and development to deliver solutions to clients, which may include consideration of materials, manufacturing methods and designs. Test products to identify suitability and provide detailed reports on findings Project manage solutions to ensure delivery within a timely manner, whilst collaborating with other departments Ensure all testing methods, risk assessments and relevant documentation are kept up to date and accurate For the role of Laboratory Supervisor, we are keen to receive applications from individuals who have; Experience as a Engineer, Laboratory Supervisor or similar Experience within a Manufacturing environment Demonstrable experience problem solving and product testing The ability to write reports to a standard suitable for internal and external circulation Salary & Benefits; £43,000 to £48,000 depending on experience Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm (early finish on Fridays) Flexible working hours 14% Pension Private healthcare Free optician and Dentist appointments Company share scheme If you are interested in this fantastic opportunity to become a
