Lab Technician

to join us. Reporting to the

Laboratory Manager , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the consistent and high-quality production of our products. The role is working principally Monday – Friday, 8-hour shift role, 40 hours a week. Normal working shifts are 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm. These are flexible and can change with the business needs. Key Accountabilities: Complete general laboratory preparation and analysis Conduct analytical and microbiological sampling Apply techniques to ensure product consistency and high quality Utilise media and laboratory equipment effectively Record and report results accurately Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Experience and Key Attributes: Recent university graduate or individual with laboratory experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable Previous knowledge and understanding of laboratory procedures and techniques Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Flexibility to work different shifts as required This is an exciting time to join the business whose founders believed in quality, research, and developing the community.
