Lab Technician
to join us, reporting to the
Laboratory Manager . As a key member of our quality control team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the consistent and high-quality production of our products. The role is principally Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours a week, with normal working shifts from 6am to 2pm or 2pm to 10pm, which may change with business needs. Key Accountabilities: Complete general laboratory preparation and analysis Conduct analytical and microbiological sampling Apply techniques to ensure product consistency and high quality Utilise media and laboratory equipment effectively Record and report results accurately Participate in data interpretation Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Experience and Key Attributes: Recent university graduate or individual with laboratory experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable Previous knowledge and understanding of laboratory procedures and techniques Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Flexibility to work different shifts as required This is an exciting time to join a business that values quality, research, and community development.
