If so, our client is seeking a dedicated Laboratory Technician to join their dynamic manufacturing team! Key Responsibilities: Collaborating with technologists to develop new compounds and improve existing ones. Collecting raw materials from the warehouse and/or shop floor. Accurately weighing raw material ingredients according to precise recipes. Mixing materials to create lab batches. Preparing test samples for analysis. Conducting tests to meet specifications and documenting the results. Communicating findings to the technical department with clarity. Additionally, you will support the Quality Control department by: Testing production compound properties. Reporting results in the system and ensuring compliance with specifications. Identifying and reporting any out-of-specification results or rejects. Collaborating closely with the laboratory supervisor, production, and technical teams to address any production issues. What We're Looking For: Strong skills in technology and material handling. Experience in weighing and mixing ingredients. A keen eye for detail, especially in testing and reporting results. A systematic approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently. A collaborative spirit to work effectively with various departments. Requirements: Manual handling will be part of the role, so physical fitness is essential. A valid driver's licence is required. Why Join Us?
