based Polymer Manufacturer as a
Laboratory Technician. Working as a Lab Tech you will be responsible for supporting the development and testing of products, this includes testing of materials and assisting in the creation of new products. Responsibilities: Carry out material testing including heat stability and rheological testing. Assist with trials and new product development, providing technical support to R&D. Maintain accurate records of test results and prepare detailed reports. Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated for reliable and consistent test results Assist in the evaluation of raw materials, suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability requirements. Requirements: A BSc in Chemistry (or similar) or relevant industry experience. Excellent attention to detail. Good organisational and documentation skills. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
