Part-time, Term Time plus 1 week for INSET February 2025 Wells Cathedral School seeks a part-time Laboratory Technician to provide support to the teaching of Science. The successful candidate will provide technical support for practical lessons, ensuring that resources and equipment are prepared and available. Committed to developing their personal skills, the successful candidate will preferably have a background in a technical discipline and have a well-organised and practical approach. Minimum Requirements: Attainment of GCSEs or equivalent (educated to level A-C) to include Maths & English. Previous experience as a lab technician or in lab work. Ability to work without immediate supervision. Closing date: Tuesday 21 January 2025, 12 noon A date for the Interviews is to be scheduled. Suitable candidates may be interviewed before the closing date, and Wells Cathedral School reserves the right to withdraw the position if an early appointment is made. Applicants are therefore encouraged to apply early.
