position that will commence with immediate effect; however, should you have a notice period with your current employer, we will work around this. Job Description: We require experienced FLT machine operatives who have a positive can-do attitude to work in our factory. The successful applicants must have experience in: Loading and unloading of reels from machines; Wrapping and weighing reels; Safe use of FLT truck, VNA truck, and hand truck in the working area; Segregating and disposing of waste; Completion of end of order duties; Operating a bailing machine in a safe manner; Operating a core cutting machine in a safe manner; Completion of cleaning schedule documentation; Other tasks as assigned. The Successful Candidate: To be considered for the position of the machine operative you must: Have experience working in a manufacturing environment; Be willing to learn new skills and be open to new ideas; Be reliable and have a good absence and timekeeping record; Be a team player & co-operative; Have the ability to communicate, understand and follow instructions and have good attention to detail; Possess a 'Can-do attitude' and be able to work to high standards.
