London A very well-respected developer based in the City is in need of a Land Manager to join their busy development team. This developer already has a good reputation for developing and constructing a number of recognizable iconic apartment schemes in London. While they have a number of developments ongoing, they are in need of further acquisitions to add to their portfolio of schemes and to run through the front-end planning and development processes. This is a unique opportunity to join a small but successful team, allowing the successful person to develop their skills in all aspects of the land acquisition and development process and become a Senior Land & Development Manager quickly based on successful acquisitions and planning applications. The ideal candidate needs to have experience in acquiring major schemes in London, either as part of a team for a larger developer or as part of a smaller team from an investment and acquisition company. In addition to having real progressive opportunities, there is a discretionary bonus scheme that pays on a results basis.
