The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within a volume housebuilder and strong industry connections across Kent and the South West, enabling them to identify and secure strategic land opportunities. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong industry relationships with local authorities, agents, landowners, and developers to identify and secure land opportunities. Coordinate cross-department collaboration to optimize land acquisition and ensure seamless project execution. Manage land purchase activities, maintain acquisition schedules, and ensure compliance with budgets and company policies. Oversee the full land acquisition process, from site identification and appraisal to purchase completion and planning consent. Liaise with internal teams and external consultants to navigate planning and development challenges. Lead and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture. Ensure best practices and cost control to maximize revenue generation and value creation. Prepare reports and updates for the Board and Management Team on land acquisitions and market trends.
