Our client, a Regional Housebuilder based in Sevenoaks, is seeking a Land Director to join them due to planned business growth. The Land Director will be responsible for sourcing sites across Kent, Surrey & Sussex, acquiring both off-market and agency land with and without planning to be used directly or strategically. They are currently looking at circa £20M GDV annually and complete mixed tenure sites ranging from apartments to five-bedroom houses. It is envisaged that the successful Land Director will be willing to grow a Land Team for the business while being 'hands-on' in the business.
