TGRC has partnered with a well-known developer, that works hand-in-hand with landowners and local communities to increase the amount of clean energy generated within the UK, helping the UK lead the way to a low-carbon future! As a Land Manager, your responsibilities will include identifying, acquiring, and managing land for wind, solar, and battery storage projects. You will be essential in securing appropriate sites and negotiating land agreements that meet project specifications. This position demands excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting abilities, as well as a solid understanding of land acquisition processes and renewable energy development in the UK. Key responsibilities :

Negotiate and secure land agreements, leases, and easements with landowners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.

Establish and maintain relationships with landowners throughout the development process.

Maintain accurate records of land agreements, contracts, and communications.

Ensure all land requirements are consistent with planning requirements.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop project land strategies.

Manage land agents and oversee the reporting of land status, including commercial aspects.

Assist in community engagement strategy in conjunction with the project development team.

Coordinate with legal and development teams throughout the land acquisition process.

Work with project development teams to ensure land acquisition timelines and budgets align with overall project timelines and objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends, policies, and best practices related to land acquisition and renewable energy development
