Read on: Land Manager Benefits: £60,000 - £80,000 dependent on experience Excellent Bonus Private Healthcare Company Car/Car Allowance Choice of Flexible Benefits Responsibilities Of Land Manager: Build a strong network of relationships with key contacts within the geographical area to monitor land. Collate all relevant information e.g. build costs, sales projections, engineering, financial to establish a clear assessment of viability for any potential development opportunity. Prepare the initial land value appraisal and subsequent negotiations to agree terms for consideration by the Land & Planning Director. Monitor and update the Land & Planning Director on land market activity on a regular basis. Maintain any internal land and site data systems. Experience: Degree qualification in a relevant subject. RICS accreditation or desire to gain RICS accreditation. Previous experience in land acquisition. Knowledge of planning policy and process. Full driving licence.
