Turnbull Renewables is deeply committed to fostering strong partnerships with local communities, stakeholders and projects that uphold the highest standards of integrity and sustainability. They are now looking for a Land Manager to join the team and play a pivotal role in delivering this commitment.

Your New Role You can be a key driver in securing land and negotiating contracts for a portfolio of impressive renewable energy projects. As the ‘on the ground’ face of Turnbull Renewables, you’ll be able to: •develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners, local authorities and community stakeholders •conduct site assessments, feasibility studies and due diligence to ensure land suitability for projects negotiate and secure land agreements, leases, easements and rights-of-way with landowners •engage with the broader business, engineers and environmental specialists to support project development and execution •manage land acquisition budgets, timelines and deliverables.

You’ll be able to work from home, based in the Hunter Region, frequently travelling around the Hunter Valley to project sites, as well as occasionally traveling to the Sydney office. The organisation is positioned for strong growth, providing you with long-term career growth and development opportunities.

About You Whilst previous experience in land acquisition or property management within the energy, broader utilities or resources sectors will be well-regarded, critical to this role are your strong stakeholder engagement and communications capabilities. Your strong organisational and project management skills will be pivotal In maintaining and strengthening relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders,.

Whilst not essential, knowledge of land regulations, environmental laws and contract law will be beneficial, as well as qualifications in real estate, land management, environmental science, business administration or a related field.
