London Established London Developer urgently requires a Land Manager for their busy team assisting in acquisitions of 100+ unit sites in London. The company is professional with their approach and is known for compiling high-quality bids with an excellent ratio of success. They are renowned for building good relationships and maintaining these relationships with both landowners and agencies and have the ability to get board approval quickly when bidding. The team is dynamic and professional, and ideally, they are looking for an individual who can fit in with this approach. As a prospective candidate, you will have a Land or Development background and be familiar with buying sites either individually or as part of a team. You should ideally be qualified with a relevant Land & Development qualification, be smart and presentable, have excellent client and agent-facing skills, and be ambitious to get promoted and earn bonuses on top of your salary. The role will be a minimum of three days in the office, a day at home, and a day in meetings, although this could be subject to change, as not set in stone, or if a major bid needs compiling, it would be all hands on deck in the office.
