Elvet Recruitment are on the lookout for an experienced Land Surveyor for a client based in Newcastle. The business is a well-renowned Surveying contractor, working on a variety of projects including Topographic, Environmental, and Hydrographic Surveying. The work is mainly in the North East but there may be times that you would be working further afield. Main Responsibilities:

Delivery of on-site survey information, including topographical survey observations and geospatial monitoring observations. Ensure setting out and quality assurance of the works is completed in accordance with the contract requirements in a timely manner. Management and instruction of Assistant Surveyors, including briefing and guidance. Preparing relevant risk assessments with regards to survey works. Processing your own surveys with the use of N4CE/AutoCAD. Experience Required:

At least 2-3 years experience working as a Land Surveyor within a similar role. Ability to present and process data. A Geography/Surveying related degree is preferred. CSCS and Full Driver's License. Previous use of Total Stations and Digital Levels. Experience of ArcGIS, N4CE, and AutoCAD. Remuneration:
