Land Surveyor Job Description Our client is a reputable and long-established company based in Aldermaston. We specialise in highways and civils projects and take pride in delivering high-quality and innovative survey products for our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in our projects, ensuring precise measurements and data collection to support our client's construction and development efforts. Key Responsibilities of the Land Surveyor: Conduct land surveys using precision surveying equipment and technology to establish accurate surveys of topographic features and construction reference points. Accurately collect and record field data, measurements, and survey results, ensuring data integrity and organisation. Create detailed survey drawings and reports using AutoCAD or other relevant software, illustrating recorded details. Collaborate with clients and the office to provide survey support. Conduct quality checks on survey data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy. Qualifications: Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field. 3 years experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful projects. Proficiency with land surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D). Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and standards. Additional Requirements: Full UK Drivers Licence.
