Landscape Architect Job in Guildford, SurreyWe are currently working with a highly successful architectural practice, with a new available. The practice has recently opened a new office in Guildford and is seeking Landscape Architects with UK residential project experience, to join the small but growing team.Based in the city-centre, the practice has grown from strength to strength over the last few years. They now work with several of the largest names in residential development in the UK. The practice has a portfolio that ranges from one-off bespoke homes to large-scale residential developments.They have recently opened a new office based in Guildford. Due to this, they are now seeking a Landscape Architect to help deliver landscape-led masterplans and development projects for national and regional housebuilders across England.Role & Responsibilities Working directly under the Landscape DirectorSupporting the delivery of landscape planning and design projectsPreparing landscape design drawings including masterplans, hard and soft landscape drawings and detailsVisting site and site photographyProduction of LVIA-related baseline plansPreparing or contributing to reports and written work, including landscape assessments and Design and Access StatementsWorking with internal teams. Required Skills & Experience Charted member of the landscape institute (Would consider those on the pathway with relevant experience)Possess a minimum of 3 years experience of working on UK projectsExperience with UK residential projects would be highly desirableBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a closely related fieldSkill in the use of AutoCAD and adobe suiteStrong design and technical ability.
