Plan Design is looking for a Landscape Architect/Designer with a minimum of two year’s professional experience to join its small but growing young practice. The studio is based in Montpellier, Cheltenham and we are offering flexible working hours either four or five days a week. You will be working on a range of projects from large commercial developments to private gardens with an opportunity to get involved in planting installation. Ideally the right candidate will have good experience with technical design for construction but a passion for design is also essential. Essential Skills and attributes: Two years professional experience post degree working as a landscape Architect/Designer. Passionate about the intricacies of technical design for construction. Ability to communicate ideas effectively to the rest of the team and in presentations to design teams and clients. Good hand drawing skills preferrable. Organised, dedicated, self-motivated and willing to work on a range of projects. Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team. Excellent software skills in AutoCAD, sketchup and Adobe. Knowledge and experience of Vectorworks preferrable. Fluency in English language.
