Sister company of Embarque.io Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Laravel Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP and the Laravel framework, with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality code. You will be responsible for implementing new features, optimizing existing ones, and ensuring the robustness of our platform as it scales. Key Responsibilities: Feature Development: Implement new features based on the outlined milestones, including automated email reports, customizable time ranges, and enhanced keyword filtering. Develop a settings page allowing users to opt-in for weekly email reports and customize their content. Data Management & Integration: Extend the existing data management system to support indexing old data for comparison purposes, crucial for tracking changes over time. Work with Google Search Console and Google API to fetch data and implement filters allowing users to inspect different time ranges (e.g., Today, Last 30 days, Last 60 days, Last year). Bug Fixing & Optimization: Improve the accuracy of keyword filters by identifying and correcting failure cases. Address minor fixes such as displaying total page traffic in the UI and adding tooltips to filters for user guidance. Code Quality & Collaboration: Write clean, simple, and efficient code following best practices. Ensure all code is thoroughly tested and documented. Collaborate asynchronously with the team, handling pull requests and providing feedback where necessary. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years working with Laravel. Proven experience with PHP and developing scalable web applications. Familiarity with Laravel Forge, TailwindCSS, and AlpineJS is highly desirable. Experience working with Google APIs and integrating third-party services. Strong understanding of software development principles. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills for remote collaboration. Nice to Have: Familiarity with SEO and keyword analysis tools.
