Role Description This is a full-time role for a Plumbing Contracts Manager located in Maidstone. The Plumbing Contracts Manager will oversee and manage plumbing contracts, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in plumbing systems and installations Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to work effectively with clients and subcontractors In-depth understanding of plumbing regulations, codes, and safety standards Problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely decisions to ensure project success Experience in cost estimation, budget management, and procurement processes Relevant certifications or licenses in plumbing or construction management Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to oversee project planning and execution CSCS card Driving licence Minimum of 3 years experience in a contract manager role
