The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of customer service requirements. Being adept in the interpretation of technical drawings with a high calibre of attention to detail. Duties & Responsibilities
Create detailed quotations from customer drawings/models for existing & new customers maintaining a high standard of service. Maintain/improve on existing customer relationships & develop new customers in order to improve the service laser offers to customer base. Converting successful quotes to orders & producing workflow job sheets along with production drawings. Communicating with customers about order progress. Supporting all members of the team in growing the business in line with the company's vision. Essential Skills and Experience
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Outgoing & friendly both in person & telephone manner. Able to read & interpret engineering drawings. Excellent attention to detail. Good organisational, numeracy & computer skills. Knowledge of laser cutting & sheet metal. Desired Skills and Experience
Knowledge of CAD design systems (SolidWorks, Radan, SigmaNest) would be advantageous. SAGE 50 Experience. Driving License. Fabrication and press brake experience. Design software knowledge (SolidWorks). If you feel you have the skills and experience, please upload your CV in the first instance.
