Do you have a passion for cars and motor sports? Then we have the perfect job for you. We are recruiting for Trainee Composite Laminators to work the late-shift at our Brackley site. Working 4:00pm to 2:30am, Monday – Thursday, you will be supporting in the smooth functioning of the laminating department. We work to the highest standards and our laminating team are a critical part of managing this and supporting the production areas. Responsibilities: Laminating and tooling across a broad range of products Checking information on drawings is clear Checking route card instructions are correct Helping develop processes to improve quality and efficiency Keeping all equipment maintained Ensuring the department is kept clean and tidy Attention to detail Motorsport/Automotive experience Familiar with pre preg autoclave processes Good understanding of engineering drawings You will receive in-depth training in the above.
