The Lateral Associate Recruiting Manager is an integral part of Latham’s Associate Recruiting team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored recruitment strategies within our EMEA offices and overseeing the workflow and development of the recruitment team. This role will be located in our London office. Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include: Positioning Latham at the leading edge of strategic growth in the legal market and identifying ways to effectively promote the firm’s message to candidates. Proactively identifying potential opportunities to recruit qualified lateral associate candidates, and overseeing the process from start to finish. Representing the Associate Recruiting Department on practice group cohorts and preparing and communicating reports and market intelligence. Managing relationships with department, office, and practice leaders internally, and vendors externally, and continually evaluating products for improvement in the recruiting process. Championing best practice and developing a team. We’d love to hear from you if you: Display excellent leadership skills (e.g., organizing, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making) for effective management. Demonstrate well-developed and professional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm. Thrive in a dynamic team environment with a customer-service focus. And have: Experience in legal or professional services recruitment, providing a strategic and forward-thinking approach to sourcing. Enthusiasm for identifying and enacting creative solutions. Experience of supervising a team, preferably. Willingness to develop international relationships and occasional travel. Benefits & Additional Information
