Our client is a well-established law firm which prides itself on a high level of client care with a reputation for providing professional, high quality, common sense legal advice.

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Law Graduate / Legal Assistant to work within Residential Property law.

Duties will include:

Draft correspondence and legal documents.

Research regulations, laws, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports.

Manage client billing by preparing and sending out bills.

Communicate with clients to schedule meetings.

Manage, organise, and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing systems.

Undertake searches.

Provide general administrative assistance.

The successful candidate will have excellent numeracy, IT, administration and organisation skills, together with a keen eye for detail.

A professional and confident manner, strong client care and communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels are essential. Requiring a flexible working approach, an ability to prioritise against tight deadlines and work well under pressure, the right candidate will possess a willingness and the capability to work as part of the wider team.

Previous legal experience or a law degree is required.
