We are looking for a self-motivated and driven Lawn Care Sales Professional to join our team and play a key role in expanding our residential and commercial client base. Position Overview: As a Lawn Care Sales Professional, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and providing tailored solutions for our clients. This position involves conducting onsite proposals for residential and commercial customers, ensuring a personalized and professional approach to understanding their needs. You will also focus on growing our commercial business by targeting and acquiring new accounts in this sector. Key Lawn Care Sales Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential residential and commercial customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events. Conduct onsite visits to assess lawns, understand customer requirements, and provide customized proposals for both residential and commercial properties. Provide accurate and competitive pricing quotes to clients during or shortly after onsite visits. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Qualifications: 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in lawn care, landscaping, or related industries, but not required. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience in commercial sales a plus. Experience in conducting onsite proposals or similar client-facing assessments. Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend tailored solutions. Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Compensation and Benefits: Salary:

Competitive with a

commission structure

and

draw program

to provide stable income while building your pipeline.

Draw $30K to provide income in slow periods. Commission percentage of 10%-17% based on tiered structure; sell more, make more. The average first-year salesperson earns $40-$50K.
