The Council has recently been successful in several funding bids to drive investment forward and create diverse opportunities for businesses and residents. We are looking for a suitably qualified lawyer with experience in one or more of the following areas: Commercial property matters Landlord and tenant matters Acquisition and disposal of development land Highway Law Planning law If you have experience in one of these areas but not all, we will provide support to enhance your skills and knowledge across the range of areas.
