Skills/experience Ideally, you’ll have knowledge of: Retail banking law, general consumer law and FCA principles and rules, including Consumer Duty. Payment Services Regulations, Payment Accounts Regulations and other requirements applying to the products and services we support. Industry initiatives such as Open Banking and LINK/access to cash arrangements. If you’re not familiar with all of these but have some relevant expertise, transferable skills and are keen to learn, we’re also happy to hear from you. What do you get in return?
